Russia government UHMWPE FENDER PAD project are loading into containers today

In this year , Xinxing again supplied UHMWPE fender pads to Russia Government for the port construction projects . 

Xinxing UHMWPE ( ultra high molecular weight polyethylene ) is the first choice material for facing steel fender panels and other heavy duty applications . It combines very low friction with excellent impact strength and a wear resistance much better than steel .

Most popular is PE 1000 DS which is double sintered and work hardened for extra durability . The standard color is black .  But if customer need other colors like yellow , blue , green  , white , grey and red ,  FQ 1000 UHMWPE -V materials are compounded to resist ozone and UV radiation . They do not degrade or rot and are easily recycled at the end of their useful service life .
