Sizes of Hockey Shooting Boards
Here are the four sizes available from HockeyShot
Junior - 24 inches wide by 48 inches long and 1/8 of an inch thick
Intermediate 28 inches wide by 52 inches long and 3/16 of an inch thick
Professional shooting pads which are 30 inches wide by 60 inches long and 3/16 of an inch thick.
Roll-Up pad - 4 feet wide by 8 feet long and 1/10 of an inch thick
Material of Hockey Shooting Board
The material used to make the shooting pads is HDPE or High-density polyethylene. This material is known to be very durable (lasting over 100 years in some cases) and
also be very slippery. HDPE is used in snowboarding and skiing to construct boxes and rails, and also in the
boards that are used in hockey arenas.
